What should my spreadsheet include?
Your spreadsheet must include:

Column A – A unique user identifier for each respondent (e.g. “user01”)

Column B – The comment the user provided

Column C (optional) - You can have a third column which identifies the category of stakeholder e.g. community member or Landowner/developer.
We can also accept different spreadsheet formats eg one user per row, with multiple columns of comments; or one comment per row, with the question number in one column. You can upload your file here and we'll let you know if we need you to adjust the format before processing.
