Our Story

Today, people feel locked out of planning decisions. Even if they engage in a planning consultation, they typically feel there was no point; they don’t feel heard.

On the other hand, planners and decision makers tasked with taking forward homes and infrastructure, feel frustrated that they can’t.

There are two sides to every story!

This scales to a cavernous gap in trust, and large losses in time, budget and progress towards critical goals like meeting our housing needs, or rolling out infrastructure to achieve net zero.

Founded in 2017 by Annette Jezierska - whose interests lie in data-driven decisions and making places better - the company launched our engagement platform to solve this problem, starting with the UK’s largest low-traffic neighbourhood consultation. Since then, we've grown to support councils, governments, and developers across the UK, helping them engage thousands and analyse feedback in a fraction of the time.

We believe that when people are heard, better decisions are made - and better places get built.

Our company values

We’re proud to be an independent UK company, driven by purpose, and a belief that easy-to-use technology is transformational.

Our work is guided by values that start with every member of the team:

  • Clarity over complexity: We make things easier for customers and consultees to understand and act on.

  • People first: We place the end user at the centre of our decisions, to create software that includes, not excludes.

  • Credible: Accuracy, transparency, and evidence support everything we do.

  • Inclusivity in action: We help more seldom heard voices shape decisions that affect them. We’re also proud to be a female-founded team, and we have a wide range of experiences and backgrounds within the team that help shape company decisions.
