1. Agreement to provide sample data
By providing sample data to The Future Fox Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, with company number 11062412, whose registered office is at 43 Chiswick Lane, London W4 2LR (referred to as "we" or "us"), you (the "Customer") agree to the following terms.
 

2. Use of sample data 
The data you provide will be used solely for the purpose of demonstrating and evaluating our ConsultAI software-as-a-service (SaaS) and associated services during the free trial period.
We will analyse your data to provide insights and demonstrate the capabilities of our service.
 

3. Intellectual Property
The Future Fox and/or its licensors owns all Intellectual Property Rights in ConsultAI and the service of processing your sample data. You shall not acquire any right, title or interest in or to the Intellectual Property Rights of The Future Fox or its licensors.
You retain all rights to your data.
By providing your data, you grant us a non-exclusive, temporary licence to use the data for the purposes of the free trial.
Any results or insights generated during the trial are for demonstration purposes only.
 

4. Data Protection
You must ensure that any data provided does not contain sensitive or personal information. If personal data is included, you agree that we act as a Data Processor under the UK GDPR.
We will handle all data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and data protection legislation.
 

5. Confidentiality
We will treat your data as confidential and will not share it with third parties except as necessary to provide the trial service or as required by law. 
You also agree to keep any information about our services and trial results confidential within your organisation.
 

6. Limitation of Liability
The free trial is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of the trial service.
 

7. Termination and data deletion
The free trial will last for several days from the date we receive your data.
Upon completion of the trial, we will delete your data within 60 days, unless you agree to continue using our services under a full agreement.
 

8. Feedback
We require your feedback on the trial service, which will be used to improve our offerings.
 

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
 

10. Agreement
By sending your sample data to us for the free trial, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
