This closed-door Chatham House roundtable brings together representatives from Local Planning Authorities to explore the role of AI in development management. The discussion will focus on the opportunities, challenges and practical steps needed to develop officer capabilities, embed trust and ensure AI supports planning outcomes responsibly.
